Terms and Conditions

Please read the following Terms and Conditions for Baseball Mom Creations, LLC.

*Turn Around Time (TAT) for shipping from Baseball Mom Creations, LLC is 10-15 business days, or less. 

* CUSTOMIZED ORDERS are a FINAL SALE. No refunds or exchanges. 

       Customized definition is any item that you choose colors for, specific wording, have a name/number added to the item, picture or a custom design that you request and could not be resold as is to someone else, that is a CUSTOMIZED ORDER.

*You are responsible for insuring that any words or names are spelled correctly as well as grammatically correct on your order ~ as what you put on the order form is what will be printed on your item(s).

*Item(s) are to be inspected upon arrival to you.  You have 24 hours to report any damages/issues with the order. After 24 hours, no cash refund will be given, but a store credit may be given on damages/issues reported within 48 hours, and will be reviewed case by case.

*All refund transactions will be at cost less shipping.  Refunds will be given once item is returned and in good condition received by Baseball Mom Creations, LLC.

*Baseball Mom Creations, LLC reserves the right to cancel an order due to inaccurate pricing due to website malfunction or an incomplete payment transaction.

*Baseball Mom Creations, LLC sells finished products, and does not sell digital designs, or protected trademark/copyrighted items. If you want a team logo printed on a shirt, you must have written consent from the team, as Baseball Mom Creations will not be held liable for copyright/trademark infringement, and you, the consumer, assumes all responsibility for those consequences. 

*There will be no bullying, spam, hate speech, promotions, or spam used on this website.  If this happens your user acct will be disabled.
