All Sales Are Final
All purchases are final sale. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect based on your original order.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If there is an issue with your order:
- You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Email: support@baseballmomcreations.com
- Include:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item
If approved, we will offer a replacement or correction.
Important Notes
- We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer (wrong size, spelling, etc.)
- Requests submitted after 24 hours may not be accepted
